  We ran into the ABC Wearhouse in the same plaza as this location & came back out... the battery had died so I called to see if they had a portable set of jumper cables to give us a jump they said they would be able to do so. I went in Steven M. greeted me & asked if I called about the jump. He came out to jump the battery but it wouldn't take a charge so he went back in to get the battery tester & it read "Bad Battery". He asked what make & model the car was so I can get you a quote, he gave the quote & I asked would he be able to install it... Kevin answer Yes just give me a moment to clear the line then I'll come out to install it... we had to wait a little longer than we expected too but he was apologetic which we appreciated & came out installed the new battery, also helped to figure out what headlight we need for the vehicle. He over exceeded the duty of customer service during a hectic moment. Just want to say thank you Kevin & you were a lifesaver!
